Introduction
Protecting the rights of victims in criminal proceedings is one of the key aspects of ensuring justice and law and order. However, in practice, the protection of victims' rights faces a number of challenges that may impede the effective restoration of their rights. In this article, we will analyze the main problems of protection of victims' rights in criminal proceedings in Ukraine and possible ways to solve them.
