It is important to emphasize that disability should not be an obstacle to a full life, and society should provide equal opportunities and support for all its members. Deferral of people with disabilities. In Ukraine, the process of obtaining a deferment from mobilization for people with disabilities is regulated by legislation and relevant legal acts.
The main institution responsible for regulating this issue is the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the current legislation, people with disabilities can apply for deferment from mobilization through the military commissariat.
