Introduction
Today, digital technologies play an increasingly important role in the provision of social services to the population. With the development of the Internet, smartphones and other digital devices, citizens have the opportunity to receive various government and social services remotely. This has significantly increased the accessibility and convenience of using such services, especially for people with disabilities, senior citizens and residents of remote regions. In this article, we will look at how digital technologies are transforming the field of social services and what benefits they provide.

One of the key directions of digitalization of social services was the creation of specialized government Internet portals and mobile applications. Such platforms provide citizens with the possibility of online access to a wide range of government services - from document processing to submitting applications for social assistance. The active implementation of such technologies helps to increase the level of digital literacy of the population and ensures more effective provision of social assistance. In the conditions of modern challenges, such as pandemics or armed conflicts, digital platforms are becoming an indispensable tool for supporting vulnerable segments of the population. Therefore, digitalization of the social sphere should become one of the key directions of state policy aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens.
