E-Governance at the Local Level: Legal Aspects and Development Prospects
Introduction
Electronic governance (e-governance) is a key element in the development of modern governance systems, which allows to increase the efficiency of local governments, ensure transparency and accountability of their activities, and involve citizens in the decision-making process.
