About the consultant

I consider jurisprudence to be my vocation and my life's work, I strive for self-improvement and professional development, so I will be happy to expand my practical experience. I graduated as a lawyer at the Poltava Law Institute Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in 2021 (as a bachelor, with honours, my average score - 89). Recently (in 2023) I’ve got my master’s degree on the Law. During my studying, I was always in the TOP-10 students of the course and I’ve been receiving a scholarship recipient. I successfully completed the course DL-001 «Primer on Intellectual Property» of WIPO in 2019. Also I studied and passed an exam on the Training Program for Anti-Corruption Authorized Persons (compliance-officers) of the Corporate Governance Professional Association in 2023. Since 10.15.2021.I have been working as a legal advisor of the Legal Department at the company which is a professional participant in organized commodity markets and capital markets, licensed commodity exchange and subject of primary financial monitoring. The National Commission on Securities and Stock Market performs the functions of state regulation and supervision on the professional activities of the company. My key job duties are: writing projects of internal documents of the enterprise; preparation of responses to requests from law enforcement agencies, the regulator - the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine; contractual and claims work; preparation of documents during court proceedings; regular consulting about activities of the professional participant in organized commodity markets and capital markets and so on.
