Report on receipt of compensation for non-received tangible property
Providing military personnel with a complete set of necessary clothing is a particularly important task for the defense sector of the state. From time to time there are situations in which it is impossible to obtain a complete set of the provided clothing property.
Thus, the state has provided for a procedure for obtaining compensatory charges for non-received tangible property. However, the procedure for obtaining compensation provides for a rather complicated procedure.

Time of entitlement to compensation
The right to receive compensation payments occurs in the following situations:
Dismissal from military service;
Death (death) of a serviceman;
Transfer of a serviceman to other military formations for further military service with exclusion from the lists of personnel of the military unit.
The basis for this is the order of the commander of the military unit on the relevant report of the serviceman, as well as a certificate of the cost of clothing items that relate to the issuance of military personnel.
The payment of compensation for non-received property does not apply to military servicemen, cadets of higher military educational institutions, as well as higher educational institutions that include military institutes, faculties, departments, military training departments.
Please note that the payment of compensation for military personnel is a one-time cash payment upon leaving the military unit. It is possible to receive several such payments if you were in different military units and did not receive a full set of clothing items.

Certificate of the value of clothing property belonging to the issuance
A certificate of the value of clothing property that belongs to the issuance seems to be the property service of a military unit based on the purchase cost of such property, calculated by the Ministry of Defense as of January 1 of the current year.
Therefore, you must first obtain a certificate, after which you can draw up and submit a report to the commander of the military unit.
The report must indicate the final amount intended for compensation in a certificate from the clothing service of the military unit. In addition, you should add a copy of the help itself.
