The main condition for referral to undergo a medical and social examination is the conclusion of the military medical commission. Key points when writing a report
When writing a report, first of all, you should confirm your right to undergo a medical and social examination based on the conclusion of the military medical commission.
It will also be useful to refer to the current regulatory framework. This may include the Regulations on the procedure, conditions and criteria for establishing disability, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 03, 2009 No. 1317.
