Under what conditions is a referral for a medical and social examination granted?

The main condition for referral to undergo a medical and social examination is the conclusion of the military medical commission. With the receipt of the conclusion of the MMC, it is possible to write a report, and only after that - to receive a referral for examination by a medical and social expert commission.

Currently, it is possible to distinguish between two procedures for assigning the status of a person with a disability as a result of the war.

In particular, the first option provides for the passage of a medical and social examination in the direction of a military unit during the period of military service. Another option involves the passage of MSEC after dismissal from military service by personal appeal.

Key points when writing a report

When writing a report, first of all, you should confirm your right to undergo a medical and social examination based on the conclusion of the military medical commission.

It will also be useful to refer to the current regulatory framework. This may include the Regulations on the procedure, conditions and criteria for establishing disability, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 03, 2009 No. 1317.
