Application for obtaining the documents required for the EDP for a deceased family member

From the moment of the death of a serviceman, members of the serviceman's family are entitled to receive a one-time cash benefit in the amount of 15 million hryvnias.

An extract from the personal file on the composition of the family of a serviceman, conscript and reservist called up for training (or testing) and a special meeting or for service in the military reserve.

When writing such a statement, it is necessary to have information about the number of the military unit, as well as the surname and initials of the commander of this unit.

Submission of an application: terms and procedure

Like any other appeal, the term for its consideration cannot exceed one month. But one should take into account the clarification of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights regarding the timing of consideration of such appeals.

The impossibility of proper and timely processing of appeals, requests and responses is due to the fact that state bodies, local governments, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law", primarily take measures necessary to prevent the threat, repel armed aggression and ensuring national security.

Therefore, you should be prepared for the fact that the provision of the necessary documents may be in violation of the deadline of one month.
