Article 152. Sexual acts with a person who has not reached the age of 16
Sexual acts with a person who has not reached the age of sixteen is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to five years.

Using an important trust - shall be punished by deprivation of liberty for a term of five to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years or without such.
Article 153. Coercion to sexual acts
Forcing another person to have sexual acts or to other acts of a sexual nature, used with violence or under the threat of violence, -
is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to eight years.
