The lawyer who has arrived at the accident site provides assistance to the client, which includes:.
1. Counsel shall explain to the client the rights and liability treatment, the procedure for insurance compensation and the procedure for recovery of the finances from the perpetrator of the accident.
2. If necessary, summons representatives of the National Police to draw up a report on an administrative offence and monitors the legality of the actions of representatives of the National Police.
3. Organise the process of photo and video recording by the client, or carry out it independently, if the client does not have such a possibility.
4. The lawyer controls the client and other participants of the accident, so that they would report the incident to the Schervikov.
5. Controls delivery to the perpetrator of the accident of the protocol on the commission of the administrative offence, the scheme of the accident (organizes the photo-recording by the client or carries out it independently).
Upon completion of the registration of the accident, the lawyer draws up an act of services provided, in which he provides a report regarding the performance of each of the above points and transmits all the materials of the accident to the client.
