The lawyer and the client sign an agreement for the provision of legal services, under which they will collaborate. The lawyer's remuneration is received from the service, just as the client pays it according to the forms established by the service.
Based on the described idea, the lawyer develops a business plan or adjusts and refines the business plan provided by the client. During this stage, the lawyer coordinates the business plan with the client, prepares and submits the grant application in the client's account on the "Дія" platform, coordinates the application and business plan with the bank, and provides consultation for the client before the scheduled interview.
The result of this stage is a PDF file consisting of the prepared application and business plan. The response regarding the appointment of the interview is received within 21 days from the submission and review of the application.
*In case of receiving an email from the local employment center, the lawyer refines the business plan, previously coordinating it with the client, and resubmits it. The cost of this action is not charged additionally.
**According to the result of the received grant and the terms of the signed agreement, the client must pay an amount to the service's account, depending on the size of the funds obtained, within 2 days from the approval of the funds allocation decision:
Grant amount up to 150,000 UAH - up to 20% of the reward for the service (up to 30,000 UAH)
Grant amount up to 250,000 UAH - up to 20% of the reward for the service (up to 50,000 UAH)
