10.08.2022 20:33:03 За правилами безвізового режиму, українці без оформлення статусу тимчасового захисту можуть перебувати в країні ЄС 90 днів протягом 180 днів. Тобто, з дня перетину кордону вам необхідно відрахувати 180 днів тому і перевірити, чи були в ЄС понад 90 днів за цей період без наявності посвідки на проживання в тій чи іншій країні. Якщо цей термін перевищено, то ви не можете перебувати в зоні Шенгену без відповідного дозволу. Якщо ви перебуваєте в іншій країні й ваш термін в 90 днів закінчився, потрібно отримати дозвіл на проживання - в тій країні, де ви знаходитесь.Для того, щоб знаходиться в іншій країні легально після закінчення 90-денного терміну, потрібно подати заяву в міграційну службу за місцем тимчасового перебування на отримання гуманітарного захисту. Важливий сам факт подачі, а не видача дозволу. Є й інший варіант - після 90 днів поїхати в ті країни, які надають додаткові дні до Європейського безвізу. Зараз їх є чотири - Хорватія, Болгарія, Кіпр і Румунія.
