Забезпечення захисту прав та інтересів військовослужбовців: Закон передбачає процедури, що гарантують права осіб, яким застосовуються адміністративні санкції. Це означає, що в разі порушення прав військовослужбовця, вони матимуть можливість захищати свої інтереси через адміністративний порядок. 2. Спрощена та прозора процедура: Новий Закон передбачає спрощення та стандартизацію адміністративних процедур. Це означає, що в разі потреби у вирішенні будь-яких питань (наприклад, отримання дозволу на перебування, отримання документів тощо), військовослужбовцям буде легше та швидше пройти процедуру. 3. Запобігання корупції: Новий Закон передбачає механізми запобігання корупції та зловживанню владою. Це означає, що військовослужбовцям буде надано більшу захисту від можливих корупційних дій чиновників. 4. Покращення взаємодії з адміністративними органами: Новий Закон передбачає стандартизацію та упорядкування процедур спілкування з адміністративними органами. Це дозволить вийти на новий рівень комунікації між воїнами та административно-правовими органами, що полегшить та прискорить розгляд справ. Отже, новий Закон "Про адмiнiстративну процедуру" може значно полегшити життя та службу військовослужбовцям, забезпечуючи їх права та інтереси, спрощуючи процедури та запобігаючи корупції.
