У вашому випадку, якщо син хоче оформити догляд за батьком, йому слід звернутися до медичного закладу для оформлення такого акту. Потрібно буде представити всю необхідну медичну документацію та пройти спеціальний процес оформлення.
18.11.2024 17:43:31 Згідно постанови 560, для отримання відстрочки у звʼязку зі здійсненням догляду за батьком з інвалідністю 2 гр, додаток 8 непотрібен
18.11.2024 18:22:27 Вітаю, так потрібно оформляти, якщо відстрочка за п. 9 ст. 23. В Постанові 560 в додатку 5 є повний перелік документів.
18.11.2024 20:59:26 Вітаю! Для отримання відстрочки син має надати до ТЦК документи, що підтверджують інвалідність батька II групи та родинний зв’язок (наприклад, свідоцтво про народження). Закон не вимагає акта догляду, якщо інших осіб, зобов’язаних утримувати батька, немає.
