23.02.2022 09:54:03 Для того чтобы взыскать алименты с лица, проживающего за границей, у Вас есть два пути: 1) обратиться в компетентный орган государства, где проживает должник, с ходатайством о признании и предоставлении разрешения на исполнение решения суда Вашей страны о взыскании алиментов (если есть решение суда); 2) обратиться в компетентный орган Украины с заявлением об установлении решения относительно алиментов. Обращайтесь в Министерство юстиции, но сначала попытайтесь мирно договориться с Вашем бывшим мужем об уплате алиментов. Возможно обойдетесь без лишней волокиты. Спасибо.

23.02.2022 10:33:13 Жінки, які мають зареєстроване місце проживання на території України і народили дитину під час тимчасового перебування за межами України, подають видані компетентними органами країни перебування і легалізовані в установленому порядку документи, що засвідчують народження дитини, якщо інше не передбачено міжнародними договорами України.За домовленістю між батьками дитини той із них, хто проживає окремо від дитини, може брати участь у її утриманні в грошовій натуральній формі, виходячи із інтересів дитини. За рішенням суду кошти на утримання дитини (аліменти) присуджуються у частці від доходу її матері, батька і у твердій грошовій сумі. Аліменти, спрямовані на утримання дитини, повинні бути достатніми і, разом з тим, співрозмірними з урахуванням мети аліментного зобов’язання. Механізм сплати або добровольно (звернення до батька та укладення договору) або звертаєтесь до суду за місцем реєстр батька з заявою про стягнення аліментів на утримання дитини. У разі необхідн встан батьківство.
