Recently, our team was asked a question: “Бывший муж моряк, платил алименты по нотариальному договору 8000грн.Подал в суд об уменьшении до 2500грн.Основание,что не может уйти в рейс.Дочери 6 лет.Как мне сослаться на форс мажор -военные действия, которыми приостановить действия договора на срок военного положения, ведь договор заключён до 18 летия, в рейс он уйти не может временно.И с учётом инфляции 2500 грн недостаточно для содержания ребенка.Согласна чтоб платил алименты в меньшем размере на период войны, а не расторгнут полностью.”

О размере суммы алиментов договаривайтесь либо с Вашим бывшим мужем, либо если не идет на контакт тогда через суд, где нужно будет обосновать сумму расходов на ребенка. Спасибо.
