Recently, our team was asked a question: “Арендатор квартиры не хочет платить за аренду, даже часть суммы. Готова заплатить исключительно за коммун. услуги. Квартира наход. в г. Киев, в котором уже кипит работа. При этом арендод. за месяц предупредил чтоб та выселялась из квартиры. Арендатор не хочет забирать свои вещи и выселяться, потому что она за границей, а в квартире живет ее сожитель, при этом пугает форс-мажором, налоговой, заявлением в полицию о краже вещей.P.S.договор у арендатора заключён не с владельц. кв, а с его отцом.”

Попередьте орендаря, що якщо вона протягом тижня не сплатить орендну плату то хай забере всі речі, в противному випадку всі речі будуть передані юридичній фірмі (зазначте їх данні) на зберігання, яка за послуги зберігання візьме плату. Якщо не буде жодної реакції , передайте спокійно з застосуванням акту з описом переданого майна на зберігання та залучіть відеозйомку. Можете навіть залучити дільничного. Трохи в обхід та грубувато, проте працює.

04.05.2022 08:30:03 Спори, що виникають при використанні приміщень житлових будинків, вирішуються шляхом переговорів між учасниками спору або в судовому порядку. У крайньому випадку, якщо інші способи не допомогли, Ви можете звернутися до суду з негаторним позовом про усунення причин, що заважають Вам користуватися Вашим майном. Посилаючись на угоду і ЦК, ви маєте право пред'явити орендарю претензії. Самовільно виселити його з Спробуйте або повідомити щоб сплатив кошти до -.. і письмово попередьте про те, що в разі недоплати звернетесь до суду. Можете зібрати його речі та уточнити адресу, відділення нової пошти на яке їх надіслати Майно громадян охороняється законом. Тому Ви не можете просто взяти і викинути чужі речі, навіть якщо вони заподіює Вам незручність. У будь-якому випадку, договір оренди може бути розірваний з повідомленням через три місяці, тому навіть якщо ви викличете поліцію і скажете, що у квартирі сторонній, то побачивши хоч який-небудь договір оренди, найімовірніше вона не буде втручатися
