20.01.2023 12:36:30 Якщо Ви даруєте, передаєте, віддаєте авто для потреб ЗСУ повернути Ви його не зможете. Авто передається по акту приймання передачі, які Ви підписуєте. Щоб оформити машину як «гуманітарку», її отримувачем має бути благодійний фонд, громадська організація, військова частина, пожежна частина або медичний заклад. Якщо отримувач фізособа чи приватне підприємство, митні платежі доведеться платити. Якщо автомобіль ввезли на громадську організацію або благодійний фонд, військова частина, для якої пригнали авто, має надіслати лист-прохання до організації про передачу транспортного засобу. А водій, який пригнав машину, має отримати від ГО або фонду акт приймання-передачі автомобіля. Цей документ потрібен і тоді, коли машину пригнали напряму для військової частини. Це ваша страховка від майбутніх проблем із перевіряючими та правоохоронними органами.
