Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрый день. У меня в Киеве украли велосипед. Написал заявление. Спустя год нашел в ломбарде в Чернигове.
Но не смог забрать так как дело было закрыто. Меня не вызывали, никто из правоохранительных органов не связывался со мной.
Прошло ещё 1 год. Велосипед снова в том же ломбарде.
Как его можно забрать, если следователь ничего не делает? Дело было закрыто, писал заявление на его открытие. Велосипед дорогой.”

17.08.2022 13:11:23 Викликайте патрульну поліцію до ломбарду. Також поновіть матеріали щодо вашої заяви про крадіжку велосипеду, та поскаржиться на закриття кримінального провадження. Особи, які вправі оскаржувати постанову про закриття кримінального провадження Рішення слідчого про закриття кримінального провадження може бути оскаржено під час досудового провадження заявником, потерпілим, його представником чи законним представником (пункт 3 частини першої статті 303 КПК України). Рішення прокурора про закриття кримінального провадження та/або провадження щодо юридичної особи може бути оскаржено під час досудового провадження заявником, потерпілим, його представником чи законним представником, підозрюваним, його захисником чи законним представником, представником юридичної особи, щодо якої здійснюється провадження (пункт 4 частини першої статті 303 КПК України).

20.08.2022 09:54:09 Просто выкупите велосипед в ломбарде. Выкуп велосипеда — единственная реальная возможность его вернуть. Полиция не будет заниматься вашим делом, потому что по их "меркам" это дело слишком мелкое и не заслуживающее внимания. Никакими заявлениями вам не сдвинуть полицию с места и не заставить ее возобновить расследование и изъять велосипед из ломбарда. Пытаясь заставить полицию работать, вы только зря теряете время.
