Recently, our team was asked a question: “2022 року військовий, УБД вступив у 2 ВУЗи на зфн. 1ВУЗ на підставі наказу ВЧ зарахував на держнавчання. Інший на контракт. Аргумент, що на той час не було УБД. Оплата була здійснена у повному обсязі за нр. Обіцянки зі сторони бухгалтерії ВУЗу про перегляд форми навчання по отриманні посвідчення УБД. При подачі копії посвідчення, нічого не відбулось. До 10.09.23 ми маємо сплатити за 1семестр. Чи може, мій чоловік, УБД перейти на бюджет? Чи можна повернути кошти? Що для цього потрібно? Дякую”
