17.06.2022 22:45:49 Дані про старі травми та старі довідки не актуальні для ВЛК. Неактуальні відомості на ВЛК не вплинуть. Нормативний акт, що регламентує це питання, — Положення про військово-лікарську експертизу в Збройних Силах України, затверджене наказом Міноброни від 14.08.2008 № 402 (далі — Положення № 402). Повторний медичний огляд військовозобов’язаних, які перебувають у запасі 1 і 2 розрядів, раніше визнаних придатними до військової служби або непридатними до військової служби в мирний час за станом здоров’я, які можуть бути вилікувані, а також військовозобов’язаних плавскладу ВМС Збройних Сил України проводиться один раз у 5 років ВЛК військових комісаріатів, а льотного складу — ЛЛК військових комісаріатів (абз. 3 п. 3.2 Положення № 402).
