У мене у довідці (замість військового квитка, який не видавався через його відсутність) зазначено, що я визнаний непридатний до військової служби з виключенням з військового обліку згідно ми.4а гр ІІ, від 2015 року. Нещодавно на роботу, у відділ кадрів принесли перелік осіб, яким треба зʼявитись у тцк. Скажіть, будь ласка, чи потрібно мені взагалі реагувати на таке «запрошення»? Якщо я все ж прийду у військкомат - чи можуть мене направити на повторну ВЛК, якщо я виключений?”

17.06.2023 10:08:24 Якщо ви виключені з військового обліку, то вам не потрібно реагувати на запрошення до територіального центру з питань призову. Вам не можуть направити на повторну ВЛК, якщо ви були виключені з військового обліку. Однак, якщо у вас є які-небудь питання або сумніви, краще проконсультуйтеся з юристом або представником правозахисної організації.
