23.06.2022 16:21:25 Доброго дня. Виходячи зі сказаного Вами, Ваш чоловік є опікуном своєї бабусі, якщо Він єдиний її родич тоді не повинен потрапити до лав ЗСУ. Дякую.

23.06.2022 22:56:43 При наявності діючого посвідчення про відстрочку він може перетнути кордон. Якщо знаходиться опікуном, доглядальником, піклувальником- то йому можуть вручити повістку про мобілізацію, за повісткою необхідно з'явитись до військкомату та пред'явити документи, що підтверджують догляд за особою, що його потребує. Тобто для перетину кордону необхідно військово-облікові документи з записом щодо надання їм відстрочки від призову (призову за мобілізацією). На відстрочка встановлюється на підставі ст. 23 Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/3543-12 Відстрочка від призову на військову службу під час мобілізації Не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації військовозобов’язані: жінки та чоловіки, опікуни, піклувальники, прийомні батьки, батьки-вихователі, які виховують дитину, хвору на тяжкі перинатальні ураження нервової системи, тяжкі вроджені вади розвитку, рідкісні орфанні захворювання, онкологічні, онкогематологічні захворювання,

24.06.2022 14:14:37 Для виїзду за кордон необхідно надати посвідчення про відстрочку від мобілізації. Це посвідчення видає воєнкомат на підставі документів, що підтверджують право на відстрочку. Строк перебування за кордоном не може перевищувати 1.5 місяців, на які надано відстрочку. Догляд за бабусею є підставою для відстрочки від мобілізації лише у випадку, якщо бабуся має інвалідність та за висновком медико-соціальної експертної комісії чи лікарсько—консультативної комісії закладу охорони здоров’я потребує постійного догляду.
