Якщо він не має обмежень щодо перетину кордону то він зможе його перетнути, так як він не є військовозобов'язаним, та знятий з військового обліку. Проте до виїзду за кордон рекомендую уточнити порядок виїзду у працівників ДПС Волинський прикордонний загін (кордон з Республікою Польща у межах Волинської області) – тел. (033) 272 09 20; Львівський прикордонний загін (кордон з Республікою Польща у межах Львівської області) – тел. (032) 239 01 23», - йдеться у повідомленні. Консультацію щодо питань перетину кордону зі Словаччиною й Угорщиною можна отримати у Чопському прикордонному загоні за номером (067) 181 42 67. Щодо питань перетину кордону із Румунією і Молдовою у межах Чернівецької області можна отримати консультацію у Чернівецькому прикордонному загоні за номером - (037) 259 19 49; у межах Вінницької області - у Могилів-Подільському прикордонному загоні за номером (043) 376 01 41.
