02.04.2025 17:05:00 Так, ви можете звільнитись зі служби за доглядом по батьку, якщо у вас є довідка з ЛКК про потребу в догляді. Для цього вам потрібно звернутися до свого командування і подати заяву про звільнення. Ваше командування повинно розглянути вашу ситуацію і прийняти рішення щодо вашого звільнення. Будьте готовим до того, що у вас можуть запитати додаткову інформацію або провести медичне обстеження батька для підтвердження його потреби в догляді.
02.04.2025 17:30:07 Добрий день. Так, у Вас є підстави для звільнення зі служби. Напишіть рапорт на звільнення за сімейними обставинами (догляд за батьком). В рапорті зазначте, що ваш батько має висновок ЛКК про необхідність постійного догляду, а ви є єдиним родичем, хто може це зробити.
02.04.2025 17:37:10 Вітаю. Так, ви маєте право звільнитися з військової служби за підставою догляду за батьком, але є певні нюанси, які потрібно врахувати. Умови для звільнення за доглядом за батьком: 🔹 Батькові повинно бути 63+ років – ✔️ у вашому випадку підходить. 🔹 Наявність довідки ЛКК про потребу в постійному догляді – ✔️ у вас є. 🔹 Відсутність інших осіб, які зобов’язані доглядати за батьком (тобто інших дітей, дружини, працездатних братів/сестер немає) – якщо ви єдина особа, яка може доглядати, це аргумент для звільнення.
02.04.2025 17:42:30 Вітаю. Звільнитись зі служби можете тілько в разі, якщо у батька встановлена інвалідність 1, 2 чи 3 групи (за деких умов). Якщо інвалідність не встановлена, то підстави, на жаль, відсутні.
