Якщо підставою для отримання відстрочки є п.3 ч.1 ст. 23 ЗУ "Про моблізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію" (наявність на утриманні трьох і більше дітей), то треба подати в ТЦК заяву і додати до неї свідоцтва про народження дітей. Отримати ви зможете таке свідоцтво тільки після того як ваша дружина народить третю дитину.
