Моя супруга зараз отримує інвалідність 2 групи (тільки після операції - трепонація черепа, видалення пухлини). Маємо двох неповнолітніх дітей. Плануємо продовжити лікування, лучеву терапію за кордоном, там зараз безкоштовно. Чи зможу я виїхати за кордон із сім'єю і які документи потрібні? Дякую”

26.08.2022 11:44:41 відповідно до ст 23 ЗУ "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію" та правил перетину кордону Ви маєте право на відстрочку та СУПРОВОДЖЕННЯ дружини за кордон. Але таке супроводження здійснюється один раз на час воєнного стану. Для перетину кордону Вам потрібні наступні документи - свідоцтво про шлюб, довідка акту МСЕК про встановлення інвалідності дружини, або інший документ, що підтверджує інвалідність.
