Recently, our team was asked a question: “Чи можуть зараз заброньовані від служби працівники перетинати кордон по броні, якщо інших підстав (3 дітей, інвалідність і тд.) немає ?”

30.10.2024 10:07:28 Ні, якщо працівник був звільнений або призупинений від роботи, він не може перетинати кордон по броні без наявності інших підстав, таких як наявність трьох дітей або інвалідність. В іншому випадку, йому потрібно буде отримати спеціальний дозвіл для перетину кордону.

30.10.2024 14:23:54 Вітаю, тільки деякі категорії мають право на перетин кордону з бронюванням. Перегляньте п. 2-14 ПОСТАНОВА від 27 січня 1995 р. № 57 Про затвердження Правил перетинання державного кордону громадянами України там усе описано.

Так, Вам необхідно надати до ТЦК наказ про відпустку (відрядження), в якому буде зазначено, що на період відпустки (відрядження) за вами зберігається місце роботи і заробітна плата і Вам дозволено на цей період перетинати кордон України, в ТЦК отримуєте дозвіл і можете виїжджати.
