22.02.2023 13:08:17 Згідно з ст.26 ЗУ "Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу" звільнення військовослужбовця з військової служби під час дії воєнного стану може здійснюватися у зв’язку з необхідністю здійснення постійного догляду за хворою дружиною (чоловіком), дитиною, а також батьками своїми чи дружини (чоловіка), що підтверджується відповідним медичним висновком медико-соціальної експертної комісії або лікарсько-консультативної комісії закладу охорони здоров’я. Якщо відповідний висновок медико-соціальної експертної комісії або лікарсько-консультативної комісії закладу охорони здоров’я у Вас є - відповідь "так".
