19.09.2024 13:04:25 Термін дії тимчасового посвідчення залежить від країни, в якій ви проживаєте. Зазвичай тимчасове посвідчення діє від 1 до 3 років. Потреба у заміні на військовий квиток також може вар'юватися залежно від законодавства країни. Рекомендується звертатися до місцевих органів обслуговування або служби паспортного контролю для отримання точної інформації щодо терміну дії тимчасового посвідчення і процедур його заміни на військовий квиток.

19.09.2024 13:07:18 Вітаю. Термін дії тимчасового посвідчення військовозобов'язаного у затвердженій його формі та порядку про нього — не прописаний. Як і військовий квиток, він так само посвідчує військовозобов'язану особу. Заміняти його потрібно в разі псування, втрати або якщо вже не лишилося місця, щоб вносити інформацію. Якщо у Вашому посвідченні стоїть дата, до якого він дійсний, то він точно підлягає заміні.

19.09.2024 13:18:54 Вітаю! Якщо в тимчасово посвідченні немає вказаного терміну дії - його міняти не потрібно. На даний час в Україні постановою КМУ 559 запроваджена нова форма військово-облікового документа. Проте військово-облікові документи, оформлені до набрання чинності цією постановою, вважаються дійсними на всій території України до видачі військово-облікового документа нового зразка. Крім того, Ви можете оформити е-Вод через ДІЮ - https://diia.gov.ua/services/vijskovo-oblikovij-dokument. Він має таку ж юридичну силу, як і паперовий ВОД
