Призов офіцерів запасу на військову службу та проходження ними військової служби визначається та регулюється ЗУ «Про військовий обов’язок і військову службу», Положенням про проходження громадянами України військової служби в ЗСУ, затвердженим Указом Президента №1153 від 10.12.2008р. та Інструкцією про організацію виконання Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби у ЗСУ, затвердженою наказом МОУ №170 від 10.04.2009р. щомісячне грошове забезпечення, яке військові отримують відповідно до своєї посади, звання, вислуги років тощо грошова винагорода, яка встановлена за ініціативою президента на період дії в Україні воєнного стану. мобілізовані громадяни, які не беруть участі в бойових діях, отримують по 30 тисяч гривень грошової винагороди на місяць.
