Проверьте, есть ли пострадавшие, выясните, не травмированы ли другие участники ДТП, вызовите скорую помощь. Оставайтесь на месте ДТП, не уезжайте, поскольку это усугубит ситуацию и в дальнейшем страховая взыщет с Вас ущерб по регрессу. Если есть травмированные, но нет возможности вызвать скорую, или она не приезжает, нужно отвезти в больницу пострадавшего, но перед этим зафиксируйте следы ДТП, снимите фото и ведео. После больницы вернитесь на место ДТП. 3. Вызовите своего адвоката и полицию, укажите свои данные и четкое место аварии. 4. Попросите свидетелей дать показания. 5. Вызовите представителя страховой компании 6. Внимательно читайте и подписываете документы, которые составляют представители полиции, не отказывайтесь от теста на алкоголь.
