20.12.2020 19:04:33 Доброго дня. Так, вплине. Допомога по вагітності та пологах незалежно від страхового стажу оплачується у розмірі 100% середньої заробітної плати. Нагадаємо, що за ст. 26 Закону №1105 сума декретних з розрахунку на місяць не повинна перевищувати розміру максимальної величини бази нарахування ЄСВ (у 2020 р. — 70845 грн) та не може бути меншою за розмір допомоги, обчислений із мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на час настання страхового випадку (за день — 155,16 грн (4723,00 грн : 30,44)). Сума лікарняних обчислюється шляхом множення суми денної виплати на кількість календарних днів, що підлягають оплаті.
