Recently, our team was asked a question: “В дуже неоднозначній ситуації були вимушені покинути позиції, тепер звинувачують в дезертирстві та пропонують державного адвоката. Я не дуже довіряю державним то шукаю чи є адвокати які спеціалізуються на таких справах , скільки коштують такі послуги та чи модно в розстрочку сплачувать такі послуги або з зп військового або з компенсацій за поранення?”

Вам звісно видніше, але в кримінальній справі головне - це докази вашої вини, тому що особа невинна допоки її вину не доведуть. І дезертирство - це залишення в/ч, а не позицій. "Дезертирство, тобто самовільне залишення військової частини або місця служби з метою ухилитися від військової служби, а також нез’явлення з тією самою метою на службу у разі призначення, переведення, з відрядження, відпустки або з лікувального закладу".
14.02.2023 13:34:39 Доброго дня! Кожен адвокат по своєму вирішує скільки коштують його послуги, зазвичай супровід такої справи коштує від 20 тис грн. Ви можете домовитись з адвокатом і сплачувати частинами за послуги або ж за кожну конкретну вчинену адвокатом юридичну дію.
