26.04.2022 09:18:26 Згідно Постанови № 383 перетин державного кордону може здійснюватися особою з інвалідністю III групи - у супроводі дружини/ чоловіка (за наявності документів, що підтверджують родинні зв’язки та інвалідність). Так Ви маєте право на перетин кордону. Дякую.

26.04.2022 10:37:22 Ні інваліди ІІІ групи права перетину кордону не мають. Вам необхідно з документами, що підтверджують інвалідність:⁃ посвідчення особи з інвалідністю; ⁃ довідка до акта огляду МСЕК (форма № 157-1/о); ⁃ пенсійне посвідчення, посвідчення, що підтверджує призначення соціальної допомоги як особі з інвалідністю з дитинства/дитині з інвалідністю/особі, яка не має права на пенсію та ін., у яких ЗАЗНАЧЕНО групу та причину інвалідності; ⁃ довідка для отримання пільг особами з інвалідністю, які не мають права на пенсію. Звернутися до військкомату, та отримати посвідчення про відстрочку, або акт про непридатність до в/с та з актом про непридатність або посвідченням про відстрочку перетнути кордон.

01.05.2022 13:54:51 В соответствии с недавними изменениями в законы, граждане с инвалидностью освобождены от мобилизации в Вооруженные силы Украины. Постановлением Кабинета Министров Украины № 383 от 29 марта 2022 внесены изменения в Правила пересечения государственной границы гражданами Украины. Согласно этим изменениям, гражданин Украины, имеющий инвалидность 3-ей группы, может пересечь границу в сопровождении своей жены/мужа. Для пересечения границы гражданин-инвалид должен предоставить документ, подтверждающий предоставление ему статуса инвалида. Сопровождающий инвалида должен предоставить документ, подтверждающий наличие между им и инвалидом семейных связей (свидетельство о браке).
