30.11.2023 23:25:36 Військовослужбовці та члени їх родин мають право на деякі "додаткові блага" згідно з Податковим Кодексом України. Деякі з цих благ включають: 1. Звільнення від сплати податку на доходи фізичних осіб (ПДФО) та внесків на загальнообов'язкове державне соціальне страхування (ЗДСС). 2. Право на понижену ставку ПДФО для отриманого доходу. 3. Можливість отримати понижену ставку податку на нерухоме майно. 4. Звільнення від оподаткування при отриманні матеріальної допомоги, наданої у разі смертельного поранення або іншого ураження, одержаних під час виконання службових обов'язків. 5. Знижка на оплату комунальних послуг та житлових комунальних послуг. 6. Право на безкоштовне користування громадським транспортом. 7. Пільги при придбанні автомобіля та його експлуатації (зокрема, звільнення від сплати митного збору, понижена ставка акцизного податку тощо). Варто зазначити, що конкретний перелік та умови отримання цих благ можуть розрізнятись в залежності від законодавства країни та статусу військовослужбовця.
