Recently, our team was asked a question: “В Мариуполе семья Мама и папа (в разводе), двое детей 6 и 14 лет, бабушка и дедушка (родители мужа). Мама и папа детей погибли. На сегодня дети с бабушкой и дедушкой находится в Донецке в больнице. Их будут эвакуировать в РФ, так как там родственники есть.
Что делать с документами? Справку о смерти никто же не даст ? Как быть с детками ? Очень не хочется, чтобы их забрали у бабушки и дедушки!
Ну и нужно ведь куда-то в архив зарегистрировать смерть родителей?”

06.04.2022 18:59:29 Свідоцтво про смерть можливо буде отримати повторно, або дублікат. У разі чого можливо також буде встановити смерть батьків через процедуру -встановлення фактів, визнанні померлими . Щодо дітей то вони будуть під опікою дідуся та бабусі, Опіка (піклування) установлюється за місцем проживання особи, що підлягає опіці (піклуванню), або за місцем проживання опікуна (піклувальника). Рішення про встановлення опіки (піклування) повинне бути прийняте не пізніше місячного строку з моменту, коли відповідному органу опіки й піклування стало відомо про необхідність установлення опіки або піклування. Опіка (піклування) над дітьми встановлюється, якщо батьки: померли, невідомі, визнані в судовому порядку безвісно відсутніми або померлими. Переважне право серед кількох людей, які бажають стати опікунами або піклувальниками над дитиною, надається:родичам дитини незалежно від місця їхнього проживання, особам, у сім’ї яких проживає дитина під час виникнення підстав щодо встановлення опіки або піклув
