Recently, our team was asked a question: “доброго дня) Чоловіку зробили операцію на серці( заміна метрального клапана та шунтування) 21.06.22р. Хотіли подати документи на МСЕК, але сказали,що не раніше,чим через два місяці після виписки(виписали 07.07.22). Чоловік безробітний. Чому потрібно чекати 2 місяці? Дякую”

05.08.2022 11:32:58 Поряд із проходженням МСЕК у мирний час Уряд своєю Постановою від 08.03.2022 р. № 225 «Деякі питання порядку проведення медико-соціальної експертизи на період дії воєнного стану на території України» затвердив певні особливості її проходження під час дії воєнного стану. Вищезгаданим документом передбачено, що на період дії воєнного стану на території України та протягом 6-ти місяців після його припинення або скасування: — у разі коли особа, що звертається для встановлення інвалідності, не може прибути на огляд, така комісія може ухвалювати рішення про встановлення інвалідності заочно на підставі направлення лікарсько-консультативної комісії; — усі медико-соціальні експертні комісії забезпечують проведення медико-соціальної експертизи за направленням лікарсько-консультативної комісії незалежно від місця реєстрації, проживання або перебування заявника. Поряд із цим під час дії воєнного стану не застосовуються вимоги щодо огляду заявників, що проживають у віддаленій місцевості вдома
