Recently, our team was asked a question: “При звільненні за необхідністю догляду за тещею по медичному висновку лкк, чи має право командир вимагати ще якісь документи окрім медичного висновку та документів щодо родинного зв'язку. Дякую”

18.01.2023 19:51:59 Вітаю. В цілому вимагати не може, але там дійсно потрібно дуже об'ємно підходити до процесу зібрання документів. Ця підстава складна для звільнення, оскільки в більшості випадків такі рапорти повертаються. Тому якщо командир вимагає певні документи для того, аби в подальшому рапорт було задоволено, краще їх надати.

20.01.2023 12:28:15 необхідно написати рапорт та до нього долучити документи, що підтверджують підстави для звільнення. Встановленого переліку документів які Ви маєте долучити до рапорту немає, проте документи маю підтверджувати що особа проходила ВЛЛ, потребує постійного стороннього догляду а у вас наявні можливості здійснювати зазначений догляд.
