Так трапилось, що Я Вчора 06.03.2024р. дав своєму другові власну машину, щоб він зʼїздив по справах. Проте друг залишив авто в не призначеному місці для парковки. Біля Львівського Політеху. Відповідно за що й отримав штраф за паркування. Авто оформлене на мене і в мене тимчасові права. Чи можу я зняти із себе штраф, аби він неповпливав на мої тимчасові права?”

07.03.2024 13:32:46 На жаль, як власник автомобіля, ви не зможете зняти штраф за паркування з вашого друга. Штраф буде призначений саме вам, оскільки авто оформлене на ваше ім'я. Ви можете спробувати звернутися до служби підтримки або поліції для пояснень ситуації, але шанси на успіх можуть бути невеликими. Будьте уважним у подальшому і переконайтеся, що ваш друг дотримується правил паркування.
11.03.2024 12:16:16 Доброго дня! Якщо машина просто стояла і Вашого друга не було за кермом автомобіля, то оплачуєте штраф Ви самостійно (так як власником машини є саме Ви). Якщо ж друг в момент складення адміністративного протоколу був за кермом - штраф сплачує він, як водій.
