Якщо вам надали прихисток у іншій країні як біженцю, то це може спричинити складнощі з поверненням до своєї країни. Щодо відмови від армії/війни, у багатьох країнах існують закони та процедури для оскарження призову на службу у Збройних Силах. Вам слід звернутися до юриста або правозахисної організації для отримання консультації та допомоги у цьому питанні. Важливо також звернутися до мирного розв'язання конфлікту та шукати альтернативні шляхи уникнення участі у воєнних діях. Необхідно обговорити вашу ситуацію з фахівцем чи органами правопорядку для отримання конкретних порад та рекомендацій.
