Recently, our team was asked a question: “Спробував перетнути кордон с довідкою про отримання компенсації за здійснення догляду за інв. 1групи, на що отримав відмову, через те що не маю акту здійснення догляду.
Але в законі написано:
за наявності документів (посвідчення, довідки) про отримання компенсації (допомоги, надбавки) на догляд або документів, що підтверджують інвалідність, та акта встановлення факту здійснення догляду.
Я так розумію або те, або інше ? Також маю відмову що до виданню акту, через те що факт вже встанововленний.”

30.08.2023 08:38:02 Закон говорить про необхідність наявності документів, що підтверджують інвалідність та отримання компенсації, а також акта встановлення факту здійснення догляду. З цього можна зробити висновок, що обидва документи є обов'язковими для отримання компенсації. Тому, якщо у вас немає акта здійснення догляду, то ймовірно, вам буде відмовлено у виданні компенсації.
30.08.2023 09:46:18 Добнрий день. Так, вас неправомірно не пропустили через кордон. так як документами є: довідка МСЕК, родинні звʼязки, довідка про отримання компенсації, може ще бути пенсійне посвідчення. Все інше не потрібно.
