Законодавство не обмежує цей термін, тому він може бути будь-яким. Однак, з метою забезпечення безпеки та контролю за фінансовими операціями, рекомендується встановлювати обмежений термін довіреності і переглядати його періодично.
29.08.2023 11:11:32 Чинне законодавство України не встановлює обмежень щодо максимального строку дії Довіреності. Відповідно до статті 247 ЦК України строк довіреності встановлюється у довіреності. Якщо строк довіреності не встановлений, вона зберігає чинність до припинення її дії.
