Для перетину кордону під час військового стану чоловікам у віці 18-60 років Особи з інвалідністю (незалежно від групи) Документи: один з таких – довідки до акту огляду медико-соціальною експертною комісією; посвідчення, яке підтверджує відповідний статус; пенсійне посвідчення чи посвідчення, що підтверджує призначення соціальної допомоги, в якому зазначено групу та причину інвалідності; довідка для отримання пільг особами з інвалідністю, які не мають права на пенсію чи соціальну допомогу.
31.07.2022 22:57:03 ст 23 ЗУ "Про мобілізацію..." надає Вам відстрочку від призову. люди з інвалідністю мають право перетинати державний кордон за наявністю одного з цих документів: довідки до акту огляду медико-соціальною експертною комісією; посвідчення, що підтверджує відповідний статус; пенсійного посвідчення; посвідчення, що підтверджує призначення соціальної допомоги; довідки для отримання пільг людиною з інвалідністю, яка не має права на пенсію чи соціальну допомогу.
