17.11.2022 16:04:55 Доброго вечора. Як правило після лікування Вас направлять на перекомісію до ВЛК, саме ця комісія вправі вирішувати чи придатний Ви зі своїми травмами до служби. Дякую.
17.11.2022 16:25:53 Доброго дня. Так, маєте право на підставі наявності висновку (постанови) ВЛК про непридатність до військової служби. У разі виявлення під час обстеження або лікування у військовому лікувальному закладі у військовослужбовця захворювання, наслідків травми (поранення, контузії, каліцтва) у воєнний час - непридатність до військової служби з виключенням з військового обліку, ці особи направляються на медичний огляд для встановлення ступеня придатності до військової служби за рішенням начальника військового лікувального закладу. Але потрібно щоб під час лікуання фіксували порушення функцій певних органів внаслідок таких контузій, далі вам повинні видати направлення на ВЛК. Це регламентується Наказом МОЗ № 402 від 14.08.2008.
