Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрый вечер. Подскажите пожалуйста. Я гражданин РФ с ПМЖ ( 9 лет) проживающий в Украине с семьей (гражданка Украины) и 2е детей. Нет Шенгена у меня. Можем ли мы переехать в Европу сейчас не знаю как беженцы или как то по другому ( Венгрия и тд) на своей машине ( зарегистрированная на супругу) и пропустят ли меня через границу? Не ставил на воинский учёт в связи с тяжёлой ситуацией в нашем городе. Помощь от государства чужого не нужно. Нужно просто переехать из за постоянного опасения.”

26.03.2022 23:59:18 У дружини та дітей проблем з перетином кордону навіть на авто не буде. Дружина і діти можуть просити Тимчасовий прихисток в будь-якій країні ЕС. Щодо Вас то у нас заборона на виїзд чоловіків у віці 18-60 років лише для громадян України, ви не є громадянином України тому кордон можете перетнути у будь-який час, для вас достатньо паспорту та прав водія, також дружина може закріпити вас як користувача, водія авто в додатку Дія. Щодо вас не раджу Вам залишатися на тривалий термін в Польщі а просто перетнути кордон і обрати іншу країну для тимчасового перебування.
