Рекомендую звернутися до медичних чи соціальних служб у вашому районі для отримання актуальної інформації щодо доступного догляду для інвалідів 3 групи.

13.08.2024 11:20:05 Вітаю, найголовніший документ, без якого неможливо рухатися та щось підтверджувати, - це довідка медико-соціальної експертної комісії (МСЕК) або висновок лікарсько-консультаційної комісії (ЛКК) – форма 80-4/0, в якому зазначається, що особа потребує постійного догляду. Для звільнення з військової служби чи відстрочки підходить лише догляд за дружиною з 3 групи інвалідності (але там є певні нюанси - це вичерпний перелік хвороб). Але зазвичай люди з 3 групою можуть навчатися, працювати, вести звичайне життя нормальної якості, тому так можуть відмовити в оформленні догляду.

Потребу в догляді дають лише в таких випадках • особам з інвалідністю І групи • людям з порушенням функцій організму внаслідок невиліковної хвороби, через які вона не може самостійно пересуватися та самообслуговуватися (висновок ЛКК 080-4/о); • громадянам похилого віку з когнітивними порушеннями, внаслідок яких вони потребують постійного догляду (висновок ЛКК 080-2/о); • людям з інвалідністю I чи II групи, що виникла внаслідок психічного розладу (за формою, затвердженою наказом Міністерства охорони здоров’я України від 31.07.2013 № 667) З повагою, юрист Дерій В.О.!
