Копія документа, що підтверджує факт перебування вашого брата у полоні. 3. Копія свідоцтва про народження або іншого документа, що підтверджує ваше родинне спородження. Також можуть знадобитись інші документи або пояснення в залежності від конкретних обставин вашої ситуації. Підставою для звільнення є частина 4 статті 26 ЗУ "Про військовий обов'язок та військову службу " під час дії воєнного стану військовослужбовці звільняються, якщо їхні близькі родичі (чоловік, дружина, син, донька, батько, мати або рідний (повнорідний) брат чи сестра) загинули або пропали безвісти під час безпосередньої участі у антитерористичній операції, здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії Російської Федерації у Донецькій та Луганській областях, а також під час забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії проти України під час дії воєнного стану. На жаль, перебування в полоні Вашого брата не є підставою для Вашого звільнення.
