30.12.2022 22:52:27 По-перше, як українець Ви не маєте права на подвійне громадянство. Але оскільки закордонний Ваш дійсний, на території України можете ним користуватись. Ваше питання щодо подальших дій треба обговорювати особисто, адже не зрозуміло, які Ваші подальші плани і так далі.
31.12.2022 10:52:08 Вітаю. На території України, громадянин України зобов`язаний мати в наявності чинний паспорт громадянина України. У разі його втрати чи сплину строку дії громадянин має 30 днів для його поновлення і несе адміністративну та іншу відповідальність за такі порушення.
