24.02.2023 17:35:40 Ні, не можуть. Якщо за станом здоров'я Ви маєте право на встановлення Вам групи інвалідності й при цьому МСЕК здійснює у повній мірі свою діяльність, не можуть відмовити. Якщо відмовлять, це буде незаконно. Завжди при подібних випадках вимагайте надання Вам письмової відмови, яку потім потрібно оскаржувати.
